Jar of cylindrical form with broad shoulder tapering toward the flat base, short neck narrowing to the mouth.
Clay: slick, smooth grey clay.
Glaze: unglazed but with some kiln droppings.
Decoration: two incised rings on the neck and one on the shoulder.

Curatorial Remarks

1. (Louise Cort, 1 April 2005) Although it was collected from the Hauges' home at a later date, this jar seems related in form and material to the two Central Vietnamese jars S2005.134 and 135. It is likely that Osborne and Gratia House acquired it in Saigon along with the other jars.
